There are two types of people in the world. The first category lives in their practical life 24/7 and the second category lives in their emotional imaginary life. Let’s talk about the first category, the era of business and IT, some people seem so practical. They just shut their emotions a long time ago. They merely involve in professional life rather than personal life, especially since the pandemic happened. The Work from home blocks out the gap between personal and professional life. Due to this, They detached from emotions. On another side, In the second category, people are too attached to their emotions that they feel difficult to live in a practical way. In short Practical people stay stressed because of their work problems and emotional people stay stressed because of their own overthinking.
Now the question is how to balance our emotional and practical behavior.
How can we live a peaceful life? How to connect the bridge between a practical way and an emotional way? Actually, I do not know the rocket science about it but I personally follow the below things to tackle this kind of situation.

- Connected yourself to Mumma earth:
Sometimes we are just trapped in our daily routine. We could not understand that time is passing and we did not do what we want to do. We could not understand our feelings and our loved ones’ feelings. Our brain goes into processing mode. Hence just give yourself a small break and go connect with our earth go trekking, go diving, Meet new people, Experience new things, and know yourself more.
2. Give money and relationship equal value:
In our busy professional life, we barely forget our loved ones, and our family, On the other hand, some people are too attached to their loved ones once they forget about work and end up with adjusting small earnings. We have to give value equally to both. Make a to-do list and set your priority according to your time. Divide your day for both professional and personal stuff and make it balanced.
3. See your life from top view:
Generally, we are trapped in our life stories. We never think about life from the top angle. Moreover, solutions are present near to us or inside us but because of overworking or overthinking we could not find the solutions. See your life from the top what’s good for you “pick” what’s bad for you “throw”. And half of your problems just boom…!
